The mandala like pattern glowed for a second and then darkened.
"There, done," Maddie sighed, dropping the chalk.
Vishal looked at it and laughed.
"What's so funny?"
"I think you made a mistake in your concept, Lioness."
He traced some of the lines, explaining their meaning once again.
"But that's what I did!"
"You painted them in a different order. If you go like this..." he changed direction, "they are still protection, just... a different kind."
His emotions explained the rest and she blushed.
"But don't worry, it would only work against rodents."
"Better stay away from it then, Chipmunk!"
