"...but I thought you're already engaged," Maddie thought hard about formulating her protest.
"Well, yes, but... he probably wants to tell me the wedding date!" Ishanvi continued to stare misty eyed at the fabric.
"He's not here, so we need another clue," Maddie tried again. "One that would tell us where to go next."
"Oh."
The agent started looking for the controls again. The loom was an older type, running on a punchcard loop. Maddie looked at it, when she suddenly felt it - magic.
That's weird.
"Ishanvi, look here."
The young woman looked and then tried to touch the loop.
