Tony smiled genially across the table. "Glad you could make it. Sit down; have some coffee! Did you need me to throw the paperwork to your pad?"
With a long-suffering sigh, Steve sat down in the chair opposite. "Do we have to do this every year?"
"Consistency," Tony exclaimed. "Very important. How else can we track long-term performance and set realistic goals?"
"Every year?"
"Now," Tony said, ignoring him, "where do you see yourself in five years?"
"Same answer as last year."
"Gonna need you to say it, Cap." Tony's leg twitched. He kept glancing away.
"Still married to you."
