The Grimfeathers

Caravan with irradiated water was flying across the Everfree, protected from the dangers of the Wasteland by two Talons. Suddenly several pegasi raiders sprung up, surrounding the group.
"Oi, mercs," one of them, sporting a magical shotgun called. "I'll double the caps them lot are payin' y'all fer protecting 'em, if y'all join me before the shooting starts."
The younger griffin looked conflicted: "Reg, how do you wanna play that?"
"By the word of Gawd, Buckbeak. Talons' loyalty is to the contract and to the caps - in that order."
She took aim with her crossbow.
"Keep calm and open fire!"
