Sam knew better than to comment on Dean’s precious car. So, he kept his mouth firmly shut even when Baby’s engine started to make weird noises and after a moment broke down completely.
What he did next was leave the car the moment he saw smoke coming from the engine area.
“It appears to be broken,” said Cas.
“Yeah, no shit,” muttered Dean. “Can’t you use your fancy butterfly wings and zap us home? I can’t fix it here.”
Cas tilted his head in confusion. “Dean, my angel wings do not resemble wings of some insect.”
“Just take us home.”
